Albert Victor Larson (AV or Al), 84, of Galesburg, IL, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, March 1, 2025, surrounded by his children. He was born on August 11, 1940, in Chicago, IL, to Albert and Mary Larson. Albert was a proud graduate of Bardolph High School and worked as a conductor for the BNSF Railroad for over 40 years, retiring in 2002. He was a dedicated member of the Galesburg Motorcycle Club for 52 years, where he served as Vice President and Executive Board Member, leaving a lasting legacy with his love for motorcycles. He was also a valued member of the Prairie Drifters Snowmobile Club for over 40 years, where he shared his passion for snowmobiles. Albert's love for "toys" was infectious. He instilled a passion for motorcycles, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles in his family, even creating his own snow for his grandchildren to ride around his yard.
